K-LAGAN Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Maintenance Planning Specialist Location: Colombia (availability for relocation to Madrid, Spain) Contract type: Full-time, permanent Position Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist to join a strategic project in Madrid, responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing maintenance plans to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance in all operations. The role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate execution of maintenance schedules and cost tracking. Key Responsibilities Prepare and oversee the annual maintenance budget , ensuring proper allocation and execution. Create and manage Work Orders (WOs) , both from NDAs and other sources. Record and track costs and units accurately within each Work Order. Monitor the maintenance planning schedule , ensuring timely completion of activities. Manage and update the UPA (Latest Updated Plan) to maintain data accuracy and support decision‑making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related fields) . Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within industrial environments. Knowledge of Work Order management, budgeting, and cost control processes. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in planning and reporting tools . Availability to work on‑site in Madrid. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the electrical or energy sector . Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) . Strong collaboration skills and experience in multidisciplinary environments.
