WACAM Finance Sales Controlling Analyst

Job Description Join to apply for the WACAM Finance Sales Controlling Analyst role at Mondelēz International in Bogota. You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls. Responsibilities Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Global Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies. Execute ad‑hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst. Support projects to improve efficiencies and adopt continuous‑improvement ways of working. Contribute to a high‑performing Finance team and invest in personal and peer development. Qualifications Technical expertise in financial analysis and data collection/structuring. Business acumen and relevant experience in a local or regional business. Leadership skills, including collaboration and communication within a Finance team, and a can‑do mentality. Growth/digital mindset and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Integrity in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations. Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 1‑2 years in a finance or accounting role, preferably in CPG. Language: Excellent written and verbal English (English C1 or fluent, non‑negotiable). Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP preferred. Strong understanding of financial principles. Digital curiosity: Interest in exploring and implementing new technologies to improve processes. Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Process‑oriented: Ability to analyze and monitor processes to identify areas for improvement. Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and self‑motivated; ability to work independently. Key Competencies Excellent communication skills.
