Accounts Payable Analyst Mondelez International invites applications for the Accounts Payable Analyst tasked with end‑to‑end management of supplier payments across multiple countries within a transnational organization. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, local and international regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing accurate and efficient execution of the process. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the outsourcing team to post vendor invoices for 13 countries, ensuring compliance with local tax requirements (VAT, withholding taxes, electronic formats, etc.). Verify pending documents in SAP and guarantee that 100% of the documents are posted on time. Resolve pending SAP workflows related to invoice discrepancies (PO vs. non‑PO, pricing, quantities, etc.). Ensure timely accounting records of payments and reconciliations. Track and resolve open cases within established SLAs. Ensure that open items in the GR‑IR account do not exceed the aging established in our indicators. Coordinate the register of customs duties accurately. Manage escalations received from the help desk regarding vendor inquiries about invoices, payment dates, rejections, or fiscal/legal requirements. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury to resolve complex cases. Maintain and update SOPs for the accounts payable team. Provide documentation support for internal and external audits. Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives. Monitor and improve KPIs such as invoice processing time, recurring discrepancies, overdue status, and payment on time. Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 6 months to 1 year of Accounts Payable experience in a multinational environment. Desirable experience in multi‑country and multi‑currency invoice processing. Desirable experience with ERP systems (SAP). Technical Skills Basic‑Intermediate Excel skills. Accounting knowledge. Intermediate English. Soft Skills Teamwork. Attention to detail and strong follow‑up. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Analytical problem‑solving skills. Core Competencies Customer service orientation (internal and external). Collaboration within global teams. Adaptability to process and regulatory changes. No relocation support available.
