Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and other creative sourcing strategies. Pre-qualify candidates by profiling, assessing interest level, and conducting initial phone/email screens. Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients, ensuring clear communication and scheduling. Maintain and update candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and other databases. Continuously explore new methods of sourcing and connecting with a diverse pool of candidates. Candidate Management Collect, organize, and update candidate information from online databases, referrals, and internal tools. Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support active requisitions and pipeline building. Conduct candidate phone interviews to evaluate suitability for open roles. Create, edit, and post job descriptions on job boards tailored to US market requirements. Perform administrative support as needed to ensure smooth recruiting operations.
