Your RoleSoporte y apoyo permanente en las actividades que día a día realiza el área legal de KN para el clúster andino.
Your Responsibilities- Redactar, revisar y negociar diversos documentos con contenido legal que puedan llegar a afectar a alguna de las compañías de KN en el clúster andino; incluyendo pero sin limitarse a actas, minutas, comunicaciones, contratos y acuerdos, declaraciones, etc., todo ello según instrucciones que Bog ZJ le imparta.
- Coordinar y recopilar información detallada de los procesos judiciales y/o que no siendo judiciales afecten a alguna de las compañías de KN, esto incluye comunicación permanente con abogados externos y la elaboración y sustentación de informes semanales. También se debe hacer seguimiento de los costos legales y tramitar órdenes de compra y demás documentos requeridos que aseguren el pago de servicios y productos que el área legal llegue a necesitar.
- Hacer seguimiento a los requerimientos que autoridades hagan a las compañías de KN, desde que lleguen hasta que se responden, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos legales, para ello, Bog ZJ realizará informe semanal de seguimiento de todos los requerimientos abiertos y enviará tal informe a Bog ZJ.
- Hacer seguimiento a los requisitos de operación que tienen las compañías de KN en el clúster andino (e.g., pólizas, permisos, habilitaciones), para ello, se actualizará periódicamente y por lo menos una vez cada mes la planilla de licencias que en el sistema que se ha diseñado al efecto.
- Participar en reuniones internas y externas relevantes, elaborando las minutas correspondientes. Participar activamente en la preparación de reuniones o conferencias externas de Bog ZJ y brindar el apoyo requerido durante y después de las mismas.
- En general, apoyar las tareas administrativas, según lo acordado con Bog ZJ, que incluyen, entre otros: diligenciamiento de documentación, mantenimiento y actualización de bases de datos legales corporativas, presentación de documentación oficial ante autoridades y partes internas/externas.
- Soportar a BOG ZJ en la coordinación y supervisión de la aplicación del Programa de Protección de Datos de Kuehne + Nagel.
- Soportar a BOG ZJ en el manejo de los proveedores del departamento legal, preparando las diferentes órdenes de compra y demás procesos necesarios.
- Soportar en el proceso de implementación de políticas corporativas, incluyendo la preparación y realización de entrenamientos a otras áreas de la compañía.
- Soporte en la actualización de contenidos de bluenet legal.
Junior/medium attorney.
Your Skills and Experiences- Formación Académica: Título de Abogado/a.
- Experiencia Profesional: Experiencia en el ámbito legal, preferiblemente en empresas multinacionales o en firmas de abogados de prestigio.
- Conocimiento en Protección de Datos: Experiencia sólida en temas de protección de datos, incluyendo la implementación y el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales (como el GDPR).
- Habilidades Lingüísticas: Dominio del inglés (oral y escrito) a nivel avanzado; se valorará el conocimiento del portugués como un plus.
