CRM Analyst - Reactivations - Remote Work Join BairesDev’s Reactivations team, driving revenue through CRM, B2B marketing, and data‑driven experimentation. Over a $50M/year pipeline, we aim to double revenue in the next year. What You’ll Do: Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation. Launch experiments to test new revenue‑generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers). Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what works and what doesn’t. Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance. Q‑A emails and campaigns for an error‑free launch target. Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities. Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions. Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing. 2+ years of B2B experience. 2+ years of Email Marketing experience. Experience working for US companies (plus).
