Analizar el performance del negocio día a día: entender qué funciona, qué se frena, dónde hay oportunidades y qué mueve realmente las ventas. Coordinar con tu auxiliar la ejecución de campañas , asegurando que cada acción tenga coherencia, foco y propósito. Evaluar resultados de campañas y tácticos : identificar patrones, aprendizajes, errores y puntos de optimización. Proponer mejoras continuas en ofertas, mensajes, horarios, días de envío, audiencias, segmentos y dinámicas de comunicación. Conectar datos con negocio para responder preguntas clave: Diseñar, ajustar y mejorar flujos y estrategias de CRM basados en comportamiento real del cliente. Construir informes con información precisa, claros, visuales y orientados a la toma de decisiones. Presentar hallazgos con claridad, seguridad y narrativa, convirtiendo análisis en decisiones accionables para los clientes y los equipos. Trabajar de la mano con los equipos de data, CRM, marketing y negocio para asegurar aprendizajes y mejoras constantes. Este rol existe para pensar mejor, ejecutar mejor y vender mejor . ¿A quién buscamos? 1 a 2 años de experiencia en CRM, análisis de clientes, campañas, performance comercial o roles similares. Manejo sólido de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, segmentación, depuración). Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de BI (Power BI o similares): lectura, explotación y, preferiblemente, diseño básico de dashboards. Entendimiento de métricas de CRM, funnels, retención, recurrencia y análisis de fugas de clientes . Capacidad para interpretar datos, atar cabos sueltos y proponer hipótesis y soluciones basadas en evidencia. Habilidad para presentar datos en lenguaje claro y persuasivo , estructurar narrativas visuales y argumentar con seguridad. Pensamiento analítico, curiosidad, criterio comercial y capacidad para cuestionar la forma de hacer las cosas. Organización, atención al detalle, disciplina y autogestión sin supervisión constante. Comunicación asertiva y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinares. Conocimiento de plataformas de marketing automation como Braze . ¿A quién no estamos buscando?
