Pipeline Requisition Sales Consultant Descripción del cargo: Buscamos un Ingeniero Preventa Cloud con sólida experiencia en bases de datos y arquitectura de soluciones en la nube , capaz de conectar la visión técnica con los objetivos de negocio del cliente. Será responsable de diseñar, presentar y posicionar soluciones tecnológicas que integren servicios cloud, bases de datos y herramientas de automatización, garantizando una propuesta de valor diferenciada y técnicamente sólida. Responsabilidades principales: Entender las necesidades técnicas y de negocio de los clientes para diseñar soluciones basadas en servicios Cloud y de bases de datos (Oracle, SQL, Oracle Exadata, Autonomous Database, etc.) . Desarrollar y ejecutar pruebas de concepto (PoC) , demostraciones técnicas y presentaciones de valor. Acompañar al equipo comercial en todo el ciclo de preventa: levantamiento de requerimientos, diseño de propuesta técnica, soporte en negociación y cierre. Traducir requerimientos de negocio en arquitecturas de referencia y roadmaps tecnológicos . Participar en el diseño y documentación de arquitecturas híbridas, cloud nativas y multicloud. Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías de base de datos, automatización y servicios cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP). Representar técnicamente a la compañía en reuniones con clientes, partners y fabricantes. Viajar cuando sea necesario para apoyar oportunidades estratégicas o implementaciones piloto. Requisitos: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica o afines. 5+ años de experiencia en roles técnicos (DBA, Arquitecto o Ingeniero Cloud) y al menos 2 años en funciones de preventa o consultoría técnica . Dominio de Oracle Database , SQL Server y entornos cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure o GCP) y en despl Conocimientos en automatización, despliegues y migraciones hacia la nube. Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y convincente ante audiencias técnicas y de negocio. Competencias en negociación, liderazgo técnico, gestión de relaciones y storytelling técnico . Deseable certificación en Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) o equivalente en otros proveedores cloud. Competencias clave: Visión estratégica y pensamiento analítico. Orientación al cliente y habilidades de influencia. Trabajo colaborativo y autonomía. Comunicación efectiva y presentaciones de alto impacto. Ubicación: Híbrido / Remoto con disponibilidad para viajes. Qualifications Career Level - IC3 Responsibilities Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. May work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through more customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Further builds business and technical acumen. #J-18808-Ljbffr
