Now Hiring: Remote Procurement Specialist We’re BuildTX Solutions — a fast-growing, women‑owned design and build firm known for transforming residential spaces with beauty, precision, and heart. Our projects blend architectural design, interior design, and construction under one roof — and we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to help us scale that vision. About the Role As our Procurement Specialist, you’ll be the connector between design vision and job‑site execution. You’ll own sourcing, vendor relationships, material/labor procurement, and logistics — ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and delivers with excellence. This is a fully remote role — but you’ll be in constant communication with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Spanish fluency is a must. What You’ll Do Source and negotiate pricing/contracts for materials and labor across multiple projects. Build and manage vendor/contractor relationships with a mix of professionalism and warmth. Track deliveries, lead times, and product availability to prevent bottlenecks. Collaborate with project managers to anticipate needs and align timelines. Maintain detailed records of POs, quotes, invoices, and order status. Solve issues fast — from missing shipments to backorders — with resourcefulness and urgency. What We’re Looking For Experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction‑related industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of construction materials and labor sourcing is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Excel and procurement software. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
