The BEX Digital Copywriter is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and persuasive written content for digital platforms. This includes website copy, eContent, digital ads, articles, and social media content, in alignment with Colgate’s brand guidelines, SEO guidelines, digital industry standards, and best practices. The Copywriter integrates AI tools into the daily workflow to significantly optimize content generation and ensures all messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to target audiences, effectively supporting brand objectives and marketing strategies. What you’ll do: Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to target audiences. Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive written content for digital platforms, including website copy, eContent, and digital ads. Ensure the brand’s tone and personality are consistent and engaging across all digital communications. Conduct keyword research and naturally incorporate keywords into titles, descriptions, and metadata to improve organic search rankings. Proficiently use AI tools to streamline the writing process, from ideation to final draft optimization. Ensure all content is customer-friendly and avoids confusing or misleading language. Report to Digital Content & Creative Coordinator – BEX the project status and timelines. What we’re looking for: Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills. Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools as a creative partner for content ideation, and optimization. Ability to craft compelling brand narratives that emotionally connect customers with products and the brand’s mission. Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Slides, etc) Time management and organizational skills. What you need to apply: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Design or creative areas. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in copywriter, content writer, or similar role in e-content creation. Knowledge of adapting copy style and tone for different digital platforms, such as social media, email campaigns, e-content, e-commerce, and product descriptions. Basic knowledge of PM tools, specifically Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello) is desirable.
