Video Editor Ecommerce Ads – Skynflow Skynflow is a fast‑growing DTC skincare brand founded in 2024, currently selling in the US and Australian markets. Our goal is to double our results year over year, focusing on scaling in the US. To support this growth, we are significantly increasing our creative output, especially video ads. We are expanding our video editing team and production capacity. Our business is performance‑driven, creative intensive, and extremely structured. Responsibilities Clear and simple briefs – minimal context switching Fast, structured workflow and feedback Edit, iterate, apply feedback, and improve performance on a high‑volume, high‑frequency ad creative pipeline Create multiple iterations and variants from the same raw material Adapt videos for different platforms and formats Follow naming conventions and file organization – ensure visual consistency and frame‑by‑frame accuracy Work closely with the Creative Strategist on testing and improvements Qualifications Proven experience with e‑commerce video ads, especially DTC brands and Direct Response content Strong experience working with iterations and continuous testing Extreme attention to detail and precision; reliable, organized, deadline‑oriented Performance mindset; not just aesthetic focused Fluent English, written and verbal Familiarity with structured workflows and remote teams Experience editing and iterating high‑volume ad creatives with frequent feedback and revisions Background in editing ad creatives for multiple platforms and formats What this means for you Clear and simple briefs Minimal context switching A clean, logical workflow Fast and structured feedback Work schedule 15 to 25 hours per week – Monday to Friday (weekend work may occasionally happen but main focus is Monday to Friday) Long‑term collaboration potential Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Part‑time Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Retail Health and Personal Care Products Do not apply if you are not highly detail‑oriented, tend to interpret instructions freely, dislike revisions and small changes, or lack real experience with ads and iterations.
