What you’ll bring 3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative, with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and visual design work. Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality creative across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design platforms. Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and an eagerness to integrate them thoughtfully into creative workflows. Solid English communication skills with the ability to understand briefs, collaborate effectively, and articulate creative ideas clearly. A collaborative, ego‑free approach that values empathy, feedback, and shared success. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative integrity and attention to detail.
