Join us and build your ambition Administrative Analyst Manage and verify the registration of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and resolution. The goal is to guarantee the quality of accounting information, compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and agreed-upon service levels, contributing to risk control and the company's operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Account for and manage the processing of invoices from national and international suppliers and special payment requests. Ensure the proper resolution and processing of invoices, guaranteeing the correct application of taxes in compliance with each country's tax regulations and all ICAR rules and procedures. Generate regular reports and analyses related to invoice processing and resolution to monitor and manage accounts payable. Reconcile the accounting accounts of the process, ensuring adequate control and minimizing risks associated with the accounts payable process. Ensure service quality through continuous, effective, and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders to eliminate potential misunderstandings and dissatisfaction in process execution, guaranteeing excellent and timely service. Effectively close internal controls and both internal and external audits to maintain the control and compliance standards requested by group policies. Perform all other duties related to the nature of the position. Requirements: Technologist, Professional, or university student from the eighth semester onwards in Accounting, Finance, and/or Economics careers. At least one year of experiencience in accounting or administrative areas. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $3,000,000 COP. + Monthly language bonus equivalent to $517,000 4 extra-legal bonuses per year, equivalent to one monthly salary each.
