The team works directly with the customers to deliver cutting edge technologies and applications. Summary Of The Role This position is responsible for providing implementation-related services and support to the Amadeus Airport IT Americas OPS Implementation team. Will work with the global OPS team consisting of product delivery, project managers, and system engineers and will use their existing background of supporting and delivering to assist with the delivery of the full suite of OPS solutions and will interact with the Implementation team daily to determine project requirements, understand client issues (and enhancement requests), and provide support where needed.
