Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers based on their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build connections and enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Salary in USD (depending on experience) + Commission Structure
Work from Monday to Friday / No Weekends
15 PTO days & 2 Family Days per year
