Position: Medical Appointment Setter Location: RemoteSalary: $3'520.000 COP | $840 USDSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement About us We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Appointment Setter to join a fast-paced, insurance-related environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong phone skills who are comfortable handling high call volumes and providing clear, compassionate assistance to patients. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling medical appointments, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every caller. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments accurately. Provide clear and professional communication to patients following established scripts and guidelines. Document call outcomes and appointment details accurately in internal systems. Meet daily call volume, quality, and productivity expectations. Work efficiently in back-to-back call flows with minimal downtime. Call Details Call Type: Inbound and outbound calls Environment: High-volume, fast-paced, back-to-back calls Requirements Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1+ required). Proven experience in BPO or call center environments , especially back-to-back accounts. Strong phone presence, active listening, and professional communication skills. Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment . High level of reliability and commitment (low attrition risk). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Benefits 100% remote work. 40 hours per week.
