Additionally, if you enjoy teamwork, continuous learning, and the opportunity to learn payroll for more than 15 countries , then this role is just for you WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Consolidation and follow up of incide nts System management Preparation of terminations Control of third-party payments Partnership with the country specialist End to end payroll process REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of payroll work experience Demonstrable experience in managing payroll end to end . Desirable proficiency in English (both spoken and written) Skills Data Privacy & Governance Complex problem solving Data Driven decision making Leadership Has own inner compass of purpose which inspires actions. Sets high standards for themselves Learns from the past, envisions the future, and has a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo. Brings the outside in, encouraging experimentation and intelligent risk-taking.
