We’re looking for a visionary and hands‑on Creative Director to join our remote marketing team in Colombia. This role is ideal for a senior creative professional who combines strategic thinking, design expertise, and leadership skills to bring bold ideas to life for multiple brands. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the creative team in developing innovative visual concepts and campaign ideas. Oversee all creative deliverables — from brand identity and graphic design to multimedia and digital campaigns. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing managers to ensure creative concepts align with business objectives. Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to designers and content creators. Maintain and elevate the visual standards across all brands and communication channels. Develop and present creative proposals and pitch materials to clients. Stay updated on design trends, marketing strategies, and emerging digital tools. Balance creative vision with timelines and deliverables in a fast‑paced agency environment. Skills: 2+ years of experience in a Creative Director or Senior Designer role (agency experience preferred). Strong background in Graphic Design and/or Brand Design with a high‑level creative portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects) or similar tools. Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English (C1 level required) and Spanish. Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital content strategies. Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, typography, and color.
