We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.### Revenue Data Analyst at BairesDevWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Revenue Data Analyst who can transform raw GTM data into actionable insights. The main challenge will be managing a high volume of data from different sources and presenting it clearly and concisely to senior leadership. While daily responsibilities include routine reporting, the core objective is to move beyond the data to provide strategic recommendations that will help the company grow and achieve its revenue goals.### What You'll Do:- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics (e.g., pipeline generation, sales cycle length, conversion rates). - Strategic Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc strategic analysis to support strategic decisions or tactical actions. - Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the CE Management team to develop accurate and data-driven sales forecasts. - Data Governance & Quality: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems (e.g., ERP/Sales Portal). - Tooling & Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.### What we are looking for:- 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales ops, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or top-tier consulting company. - 1-2 years of experience in tech companies. - Extremely strong spreadsheet skills. - Proficiency in SQL and Python. - Experience with Databricks and Tableau. - Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data. - Bachelor's degree. - Advanced level of English.### How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere). - Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred - Hardware and software setup for you to work from home. - Flexible hours: create your own schedule. - Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays. - Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent. - Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.### Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive##### Refer a friend for this position and get a bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
