Legal Manager – Colombia We are looking for a passionate Legal Manager responsible for Colombia, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro‑active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi’s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone. This position will directly report to the Head of Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team. Responsibilities Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of International Contracts Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns Communication with Regulatory Authorities Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels Support in promoting the Compliance Program Collaboration with the HQ Legal Team Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department Requirements Must Have: Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in Colombia (we hire people, not CVs, and if you have more PQE feel free to apply). Strong commercial sense and pragmatism. Ability to prioritize and handle tight deadlines. Nice to Have: Additional qualification and/or exposure in LATAM region. Prior experience within Smartphone/Consumer Electronics industry. Other language skills such as Chinese, Spanish or other languages.
