About the role Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. You'll design solutions by writing your own code to implement them. What you'll be doing Understanding our business and its processes through data Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and services teams Developing documentation and data governance Owning the entire ETL process Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of the business Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying Providing clean data sets, modelling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions What you'll need 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions Great skills with Python, SQL, or other programming languages Evidence of exceptional mathematical and statistics knowledge Nice to have An advanced degree in a core STEM subject Experience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.) School/university Olympic medal competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming Diversity & Inclusion We encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team.
