At Pharmbills, we’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst who sees the human side of the numbers. You’ll cooperate with our finance and billing teams to keep operations smooth, clean, and trustworthy — across U.S. healthcare clients. This is a contract, remote role , providing services during New York business hours. You’ll be deep in the data — but always connected to the bigger picture. What You'll Actually Do: Classify and reconcile financial transactions (QuickBooks Online) Support billing, accounts payable, and tax processes Help close the month with clarity and confidence Build and manage databases and reports (SQL, Excel, BI tools) Analyze customer data for insights, trends, and process improvements Help us stay compliant, accurate, and ahead of problems What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in finance or data analysis Strong Excel + SQL skills (QuickBooks experience is a big plus) Familiarity with structured data (JSON, XML) A sharp eye, steady hands, and deep care for detail Bonus: experience in healthcare systems or benefits platforms This is not a position where you “just run the reports.” It’s a role for someone who wants to know why the numbers matter — and make sure they tell the right story.
