Responsibilities

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the sustainability and structure of the Sales and Customer Service department in accordance with the company's guidelines, procedures, and values.
  2. Ensure that local processes are aligned with the company's compliance policies and LATAM processes.
  3. Manage projects, accounts, and commercial activities for SCO, using available financial, operational, and market information.
  4. Plan and execute the following activities:
    1. Sales: Ensure the sale of available products and/or services, in the quantities and values outlined in the annual sales plan, under the conditions defined by the company, at the lowest possible cost, while adhering to the department's budget targets and the profitability objectives established in the annual Budget.
    2. Customer Service: Properly structure customer service activities under the conditions defined by the company, at the lowest possible cost, while adhering to the department's budget targets and the profitability objectives established in the annual Budget.
  5. Coordinate business opportunities and issues to ensure the implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategies with key national clients, ensuring the sustained growth of the company in the country under your responsibility.
  6. Provide the subordinate team and reseller/supplier network with the necessary materials, technology, and training to perform their activities effectively.
  7. Analyze market data in relation to customer needs, anticipate future market trends, and prepare contingency plans.
  8. Establish long-term commercial relationships with strategically important clients. Develop a network of clients and key opinion leaders to provide early insights into market dynamics in Colombia.
  9. Create sales and customer service goals, as well as market share targets, for the team and assigned accounts.
  10. Measure the progress of sales and customer service activities against objectives and make necessary adjustments.
  11. Lead Sysmex's growth process in Colombia, ensuring that your team has the necessary support to achieve this goal.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Manager in the healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics industry.
  • Advanced English.
  • Knowledge:
    • CRM Systems
    • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
    • Data Analytics Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
