**Job Overview:**

Sysmex Corporation is a global leader in laboratory diagnostics, information technology, and life sciences. We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Colombia.

**Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage projects, accounts, and commercial activities for Sysmex Corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and be familiar with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability and structure of the Sales and Customer Service department, aligning local processes with company compliance policies and LATAM processes. They will also manage sales, customer service, and business opportunities to ensure the implementation of short, medium, and long-term strategies with key national clients.

The role requires advanced English skills and knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is essential, as well as experience as a Manager in the healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics industry.
