Site Reliability Engineer

What you will do: We are looking for passionate and collaborative Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or looking to grow into a senior role, this position offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge technologies, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives. You will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our hybrid infrastructure while contributing to global transformation projects. Manage and optimize server infrastructure across hybrid environments (AWS, VMware) Configure, patch, and monitor Windows and Linux operating systems Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible Drive automation and self‑service capabilities to improve operational efficiency Monitor system health and support incident response using tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Automation teams to ensure compliance and alignment with standards Participate in capacity planning and performance optimization efforts About Experian Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. Experience and Skills What you will bring: 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/ cloud operations and hands‑on experience with server operating systems (Windows or Linux) Familiarity with AWS services and hybrid cloud environments Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation tools Understanding of monitoring and incident management tools Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a diverse, inclusive team environment It will be considered an advantage if you also have: AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2) Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks Relevant University degree/Technical specialty Additional Information What you will get: Personal Development – career pathway for professional growth supported by learning and development programs and unlimited access to online educational training courses, learning materials & book.
