The role As part of our development team, the AI Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating AI-powered solutions into existing and new systems. This role focuses on developing reliable and scalable integrations using Python and modern AI models, ensuring seamless interaction between services and platforms. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working with AI models, integrations, and cloud environments, contributing to high‑impact, production‑ready solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement AI‑driven integrations and services. Develop and maintain integrations using Python and modern AI models such as Claude. Build and manage MCP servers to enable structured AI interactions. Implement OCR solutions for document and data extraction use cases. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions. Prepare technical specifications and ensure feasibility of requirements. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code. Ensure solutions follow defined architectures and best practices. Deploy, monitor, and support AI integrations in hybrid cloud environments. Assist in testing, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Advanced English level is a must. Strong experience with Python for backend and integration development. Hands‑on experience working with AI models, including Claude. Experience designing and operating MCP servers. Experience implementing OCR solutions. Experience working with Azure cloud services. Familiarity with hybrid environments (on‑premise and cloud). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
