Your Part in It:

Working out of our Bogota office, we are looking for our next LATAM Credit Manager. Working within the Finance department, you will manage credit and collections operations across the Latin American region, ensuring that we maintain healthy cash flow and minimize credit risk.

You will assess customer creditworthiness, develop credit policies, and oversee collections processes to support the financial stability of the company.

LATAM CREDIT MANAGER

What the Job Entails:

  • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients, evaluating financials, and setting appropriate credit limits.
  • Enforce credit policies in compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee collections, ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts, and negotiate payment plans.
  • Monitor customer accounts and manage relationships in coordination with sales teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on credit risk and collections performance to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of credit and collections specialists.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit management, preferably within the LATAM region.
  • Strong operational knowledge in financial analysis, credit risk, and collections processes.
  • Solid understanding of software, including Microsoft Office & Excel. Sage is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with local and international credit practices and regulations.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience in logistics is an asset.
  • Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible.
  • Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun
