Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and deliver concise, high‑signal shortlists. Join client calls to clarify requirements and provide strategic hiring insights. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, including challenging unclear or unrealistic expectations. Own candidate pipelines end‑to‑end, ensuring smooth, timely progression. Provide structured feedback to improve matching logic, workflows, and platform performance. Keep candidate notes, documentation, and process records accurate and up to date. Prioritize across multiple simultaneous searches with minimal oversight. What You Bring 3+ years recruiting for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles. Experience in fast‑paced environments (startup or high‑volume agency). Strong client‑facing presence with excellent communication skills. Fluent English , written and spoken. Ability to work PST‑aligned hours (including occasional evenings or weekends). High comfort with recruiting tools, ATS, and AI‑driven workflows. Strong judgment on skills, experience, and culture add— not just keyword matching. High ownership, reliability, and the ability to move fast independently. Nice to Have Experience recruiting across multiple functions (engineering, sales, operations, G&A). Background in both agency and in‑house recruiting. Hands‑on experience improving recruiting tools, processes, or product. Ability to manage multiple searches and high‑volume pipelines in parallel.
