About the Role We are looking for a high‑energy, disciplined Pipeline Owner to serve as the engine of our sales process. This is not a passive data entry role or a technical back‑end role. Your primary mission is to ensure no lead goes cold and no estimate goes un‑followed. You will own the customer journey from the moment they inquire until the job is won. While we use cutting‑edge AI and GoHighLevel (GHL) automations, your job is to be the "human in the loop"—supervising AI_audio interactions in real‑time and stepping in with expert judgment the moment a human touch is required to close a deal or correct a conversation. Key Responsibilities 1. Pipeline Ownership & Lead Velocity (Primary Focus) Speed to Lead: Respond to and qualify inbound leads (Facebook, Google, Website) within minutes. You are the first line of defense. Relentless Follow‑up: Proactively manage the "Estimate Sent" stage. You will follow up on proposals with persistence to maximize our сый closing percentage. Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain a "zero‑leak" pipeline. You are responsible for moving leads through the funnel (Qualified → Appointment → Proposal → Sale) or "killing" dead leads immediately to keep data clean. Commercial Outreach: During lower‑traffic periods, conduct cold outreach to target commercial prospects to drive growth. 2. AI Supervision & Live Intervention < देती b>Active Monitoring: Monitor live AI interactions within GHL. You are not building the AI; you are supervising its performance. Human Takeover: Exercise high‑level judgment to "pause" the AI and take over a conversation immediately if the AI provides confusing info or if a lead is ready to book. Quality Control: Flag AI errors or workflow glitches for the technical team to fix, ensuring the customer experience remains premium. நிர> 3. Coordination & Revenue Growth Crew Feedback Loop: Act as the central hub for Crew Leaders; document daily reports and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., additional mulch or seasonal services). Review Management: Systematically solicit Google Reviews from satisfied customers to build brand authority. Qualifications & Skills The "Owner" Mindset: You feel a personal sense of discomfort when a lead sits unworked. You take initiative without waiting for a task list. Sales Instincts: Strong ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and "ask for the appointment." Bilingual Fluency: Native or near‑native fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. GHL Familiarity: Comfort navigating GoHighLevel (conversations, opportunities, and contact tags). You don't need to be a developer, but you must be tech‑savvy. Productivity Transparency: Comfortable using Hubstaff for time tracking and performance visibility. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Speed to Lead: Average time to first response. Appointment Conversion: Percentage of leads turned into scheduled appointments. Pipeline Hygiene: Accuracy of lead stages and data entry. Closing Percentage: Success rate of proposals followed up on. Ideal Candidate Profile Judgment Over Tools: You understand that tools can be taught, but ownership and sales hustle cannot. Flexible Availability: Open to a schedule that includes the "Golden Hours" (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST) when homeowners are most responsive.
