Join to apply for the Account Manager role at Job Duck Role Overview The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional satisfaction on all fronts. They will promptly address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong, long‑term relationships. In collaboration with internal teams, they will identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience and drive additional revenue. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Attending one‑on‑one meetings with the Team Leader. Establishing client relations and maintaining rapport. Focusing on customer and project retention. Hosting and leading launch sessions with clients. Leading first‑week follow‑ups with clients and staffers. Conducting cadenced client happiness checkups. Identifying opportunities for clients to add additional company services and staff aligned with the fast‑track model and seven positions. Proactively cultivating client referrals. Participating in client meetings. Providing Hypercare (proactive support and check‑ins) to clients and staffers. Providing ancillary support to staffers when assigned by the Support Agent. Contributing to Rocks and other projects to meet company and departmental goals. What We’re Looking For: At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or any related role. Familiarity with MS Office, Zoom, and Zendesk. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset. Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Good telephone communication etiquette and a high level of professionalism. Although sales experience is preferred, it is not required, as it will be trained. Empathetic yet assertive communication style. Tech‑savvy. Proactive. A team player. Active listener and customer‑focused. Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking. Adaptable to change. Ambitious. Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment. What’s In It for You?
