Este rol combina vigilancia preventiva, atención al huésped y respuesta efectiva ante incidentes.### **Responsabilidades Principales*** Vigilar continuamente las áreas públicas, operativas y restringidas del hotel para prevenir robos, pérdidas o actos indebidos.* Garantizar la seguridad de huéspedes, visitantes y colaboradores, manteniendo una presencia profesional y discreta.* Controlar accesos del personal, proveedores y visitantes conforme a las políticas internas.* Monitorear sistemas de seguridad (CCTV, alarmas, controles de acceso).* Responder de manera rápida y efectiva ante emergencias, incidentes o situaciones de riesgo.* Elaborar reportes claros y precisos sobre incidentes, irregularidades o hallazgos.* Apoyar en procedimientos de evacuación, primeros auxilios y planes de emergencia.* Prevenir pérdidas de activos, equipos, inventarios y propiedad del hotel.* Colaborar con otros departamentos para mantener un ambiente seguro y ordenado.* Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, salud y políticas internas.* Representar los valores de Four Seasons con profesionalismo, respeto y actitud de servicio.### **Requisitos*** Bachiller o formación técnica relacionada con seguridad (preferible).* Experiencia mínima de 1 a 3 años en seguridad, preferiblemente en hoteles, centros comerciales o empresas de alto nivel.* Conocimientos básicos en control de accesos, vigilancia y manejo de CCTV.* Deseable formación en primeros auxilios y manejo de emergencias.* Buena condición física y capacidad para permanecer de pie durante turnos prolongados.* Habilidades de observación, atención al detalle y reacción oportuna.* Actitud de servicio, discreción y ética profesional.* Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, noches, fines de semana y festivos.### **Competencias Clave*** Orientación al servicio y trato cordial* Honestidad e integridad* Capacidad de reacción y toma de decisiones* Trabajo en equipo* Comunicación efectiva* Manejo del estrés### **Nuestra Cultura**En **Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá Casa Medina**, creemos que la seguridad es parte fundamental de una experiencia de lujo.
