About the RoleAs a Technical Product Manager, you will lead all the technical projects and product specifications for the category in the BU, bringing new technology solutions that enable a balanced flow of activities entering the 8-quarter and 5-year launch plan. You will be responsible for defining the technical specifications for the product segment to ensure that consumer expectations and financial goals for the category are met. You will work across teams in a multicultural environment, influencing R&D priorities, Technology strategy, and Manufacturing approaches across sites. Your responsibilities will include the development of innovation from feasibility to launch, working closely with global and regional innovation teams and supporting different projects with external partners through open innovation.

What You Will Do- Empower, develop, and inspire your team based on our B&B.
- Work with marketing and global teams to ensure the 8Q and 5Y plan for the category and the region.
- Identify capabilities needed in the ideation process to make projects possible.
- Analyze customer needs and convert them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including initiatives, developers, engineers, marketing, manufacturing, and innovation.
- Identify new materials, technologies, or methods to innovate our categories.
- Own the enabling building process for the BU, applying technical capabilities from global R&D teams.
- Build specific enablers and their roadmap for local needs to ensure the innovation process.
- Possess a technical knowledge mix with market and consumer sense to advise the technical and marketing teams.
- Evaluate and manage technical risks.
- Manage Innovation CAPEX.
- Collaborate across the organization to build the innovation funnel for profitable products.
- Demonstrate project management capabilities with local and international teams.
- Have general knowledge of PSA, IP, and Regulatory requirements for new products.
- Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Maintain product documentation.
- Minimum BSc, preferably an M.S. in Product Science/Technology or Projects/Marketing.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in an international FMCG company or trade association.
- 7 to 10 years of product development experience, leading categories and technical projects.
- Desire for knowledge in regulations, PSA, and sustainability.
- Fluent in English (B2).
