Responsibilities The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for developing, owning and driving a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment. Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio. Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients. Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions. Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance. Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively. Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers. Qualifications Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience with Software/SaaS Account Sales. Possess knowledge of Well Construction, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance Optimization. Possess knowledge of financial, competitor, upstream environment. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements. Significant operational experience. End to end knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage. Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis. Ability to work independently.
