About the Role- As a Payments Analyst (Refunds) , you will be responsible for correctly and timely executing the Refunds requested by our Merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.
- Execute the refund process to businesses through the networks, within the defined SLAs.
- Execute and provide support to the team regarding the application of reversals and ticket management requested by our merchants and internal clients.
- Strengthen relationships with payment methods/acquirers.
- Monitor indicators and incorporate strategies to meet the team's KPIs, which involves team management and strategic assignment of tasks.
- 2 years of experience in financial institutions (Banks) and customer service.
- Preferably experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, or Fintech.
- Professional in business administration, accounting, or related fields.
- Advanced-intermediate Excel skills.
- English level B1.
