Your Role As a Back Office Technician, you will: Handle day‑to‑day roof and wall orders, deliver them ahead of schedule, keep track of metrics, and meet the daily minimum quota of 32 points. Essential Job Functions Master the major tools and functions of RH/TW and Saranac software. Measure roof and wall files to ensure quality standards and due dates. Process files that require rework or redo until they pass quality control checks. Communicate with Supervisor, Team Lead, QC, and FTO on file issues and concerns. Follow standard processes such as GetNext and complete assigned tasks from Team Lead. Record and track metric progress in a shared sheet. Coordinate with other site measuring technicians, FTO, and Team Lead on complex files. Use the “Traffic Hud” program and basic MS Excel. Adhere to RH rules, regulations, improvement plans, and house rules. Requirements At least B1 level English communication skills (intermediate). Good reading and writing in English and Spanish. Strong computer skills: easy navigation between systems, file saving, and loading. Preferred Skills / Expertise Knowledgeable in Adobe.
