What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues. ✔️ Making sure all sides get the right info and payments are processed correctly. ✔️ Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions. ✔️ Identifying ways to improve the payment process and make things more efficient. ✔️ Providing top-tier customer support and problem-solving assistance. What You Bring to the Table: ✅ Strong English skills (B2+ level) – you can explain things clearly and professionally. ✅ Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus. ✅ Great multitasking skills – you can handle multiple conversations at once. ✅ A natural problem-solver – you don’t just listen, you find solutions. ✅ Friendly and professional communication – you know how to keep things clear and helpful. ✅ Capability to operate independently while collaborating within a team.
