Market Research Project Manager - Americas RONIN International and our international subsidiaries are part of the Rippleffect Group. We conduct B2B, Healthcare, Opinion Former, Quant & Qual projects, focussed on quality data collection for market research studies taking place around the world. Position Summary: Market Research Project Managers at RONIN International are hands‑on, versatile individuals who operate as the single point of contact between our clients’ multimarket research projects and RONIN operational teams and partners. Our Market Research Project Managers ensure that our execution of studies exceed clients’ expectations and result in fruitful and ongoing partnerships. Our approach is based on having resourceful, independent, and proactive team members, who can quickly grasp company processes and gain a strong understanding of the market research industry. Market research can be a fast‑paced environment that goes from large scale straightforward studies to highly specialised boutique projects; interpersonal & organisational skills are essential to adapt to daily challenges. Successful candidates must have all of the following skills: 3+ years’ experience in market research project management, focused on data collection and fieldwork management Experience of working with USA/Canadian based clients and working core hours to match US time zones Flexible, organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisation Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clients Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiative Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel Understanding of data collection management Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous Previous CATI and online B2B experience advantageous Understanding project specifications and the market research process Attending kick‑off meetings with clients and internal teams Developing and reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external partners and recruiters Managing the fieldwork process Tracking project profitability, quality and delivery to timings Overseeing project change control and providing solutions to ensure project success Confident and timely client management Effective reporting on project progress Recognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects and offering solutions Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations Accurate administration and final project reporting Location This is a remote position.
