**Responsabilidades**:
- Analizar datos para proporcionar información valiosa sobre los valores fundamentales, visión y misión de la empresa.
- Investigar la historia de la empresa, incluida la fecha de fundación y la estructura organizativa.
- Gestionar y mantener una lista de contactos clave, incluyendo información de contacto, cargos, educación y experiência laboral previa.
- Realizar investigaciones sobre los principales directivos, utilizando LinkedIn y otros recursos para identificar talento aplicable.
- Analizar informes financieros y estratégicos para evaluar el riesgo de capital humano y identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Identificar posibles oportunidades de upsell entre nuestra base de clientes existente.
Requisitos: INGLÉS INDISPENSABLE 85%
- Experiência previa en análisis de datos o roles similares.
- Conocimiento sólido de herramientas de análisis como Microsoft Excel.
- Habilidades excepcionales de investigación y análisis.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 am a 7:00 pm MST (posible cambio a 8:00 am a 6:00 pm).
