POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team of Telephone Sales Representatives in Bogotá. This role is crucial in driving our sales performance, ensuring team efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Telephone Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team. Ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and company offerings.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Client Interaction: Handle escalated client issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the VGM Commercial Team and local GBS Structure to align sales strategies and ensure seamless operations.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and team achievements to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team.
REPORTS TO:
- Remotely: To the VGM Commercial Team & Locally to the GBS Structure
DIRECT REPORTS:
- GBS Colombia – Sales workforce.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably within the car leasing or mobility sector.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional Fluency (Speaking and Writing) in Spanish and English is required. Additional languages are advantageous (Urdu, Russian, Arab, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese-Mandarin, Italian).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems & tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google environment, and other sales-related tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones across the United States and Latin America.
Location: Colombia resident, preferably of Bogota or Medellin.
