Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven English speaking Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in the Latin American market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hitting sales quotas, managing a team of up to 12 sales specialists, and implementing changes in workflow processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Hitting team sales quota by leading a high-performing team of up to 12 sales specialists.
  • Hiring, onboarding, motivating, and controlling the performance of your sales team.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Sales to implement changes in workflow processes.
  • Conducting group trainings and individual coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Ensuring all processes and regulations are followed by team members.
  • Providing regular reports on team performance.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Spanish language.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • At least 3 years of telemarketing sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience.
  • Strong soft and communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales management.
