In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer. You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimise processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor . You'll be supported by specialists in sourcing, TA marketing, and TA enablement , along with top‑tier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, Calendly) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring. This role is fully remote within Colombia, with a flexible schedule .
