Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR and Talent Acquisition role based in Hollywood, FL. The individual will lead and manage a full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing employer branding strategies, identifying and attracting top talent, and ensuring best hiring practices are implemented to meet organizational goals. The role will also involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support team-building efforts and foster a positive company culture. Qualifications Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting top talent across diverse roles Expertise in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Ability to build positive relationships and foster teamwork in a collaborative environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a fast-paced environment or agency setting is an asset Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Noetic Creative by 2x.
