Role You are a detail‑oriented, results‑driven professional with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in operational processes and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our campaign launches that connect millions of consumers to our clients every month, overseeing and optimizing operations to meet and exceed industry standards. Success Looks Like Supporting quality assurance for FinanceBuzz.com and AllAboutCookies.org domains. Maintaining processes for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs across all campaigns and platforms. Reconciling reporting between our internal and external client platforms. Investigating offer discrepancies or malfunctions and finding resolutions. Reviewing platform documentation to find improvement areas and working with Operations to close gaps. Working closely with the Operations team to ensure QA standards are consistently met. Communicating with internal stakeholders on process improvements. Analyzing ad‑hoc performance reports to improve efficiency of revenue delivery, product improvement, or site issues. Monitoring revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for new offers or link changes. Ensuring new processes are QA implemented. Becoming a subject‑matter expert for all QA related processes. What You Need To Succeed 2-3 years in operations or quality assurance with expertise in digital media advertising. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of Postback URL tracking and performance marketing tracking methods. Experience with Tune, Yieldspark, or similar tracking tools. Experience with Asana or other project‑management tools. Experience with Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Proven ability to analyze performance reports to improve company efficiency. Proven problem‑solving abilities and a #BetterEveryDay mindset. Proactive, searching for opportunities rather than waiting for tasks. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work consistent East Coast hours.
