TripleTen is a remote‑first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment. Application Process 1. One‑way video interview.2. Test assignment. Responsibilities Mentor students through 1:1 video calls, addressing a wide range of questions, clarifying complex concepts, and helping students navigate their assignments. Support students in live “Q&A style” sessions. Host webinars and other group educational events covering program content, extracurricular skills, and industry knowledge. Review and assess student projects in alignment with program standards and best practices, providing clear, constructive feedback. Engage with students on the TripleTen Hub, offering written guidance and supporting ongoing communication. Share professional expertise and best industry practices to equip students with relevant insights. Create and curate educational resources within the TripleTen Hub to enhance student learning. Foster a collaborative learning community by encouraging interaction and building a sense of belonging. Host mock technical interviews, providing constructive feedback on technical responses and interview skills. Requirements 3+ years of hands‑on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes—ideally within marketing, tech, or customer success. Solid understanding of business process improvement, with a working knowledge of how AI and automation can streamline workflows and boost efficiency. Comfortable providing constructive and actionable feedback to junior professionals or students. Ideally experienced in presentation coaching, mentoring, or guiding others in their professional development. Clear and confident communicator able to explain technical or complex concepts in a simple, engaging way. Willing to work full‑time aligned with US time zones. Bonus: Experience working directly with stakeholders or clients to identify needs, pitch solutions, and drive adoption of automation tools.
