JOB DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills with a passion for branding and digital marketing.

This role involves social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking to support overall marketing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Marketing & Branding:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create, schedule, and engage with social media content, including graphics, captions, and audience interaction.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, digital ads, and promotional content.
  • Develop email campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in website content updates and SEO optimization.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent English speaker (C1 level or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital communications.
  • Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and digital marketing software.
  • Ability to create and edit content using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in writing, branding, and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve proactively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Google Suite, Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, blogging, AI tools, and SEO is a plus.
  • Video editing and graphic design skills are highly important—do not apply if you do not have a strong portfolio to share.
  • Must have a fast and reliable internet connection and a computer suitable for remote work.

HOURS

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Starting salary: $1,200 USD per month, paid in monthly installments.
  • Guaranteed salary increases after months #4 and #13.
  • Paid time off, including 10 vacation days and U.S. company-designated holidays.
  • Sick leave with paid days off for illness.
  • Long-term employment opportunity with potential for growth.
