The Role The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our multi-channel marketing efforts .
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative and collaborative environment and is passionate about luxury real estate, digital content, and brand storytelling.
Some of the Key Responsibilities You Will Be Assisting With Include: Brand & Content Management Help maintain the quality and accuracy of content and imagery across our platforms.
Organize and manage digital assets, including photos, videos, and marketing materials.
Assist in creating high-impact property marketing pieces and sales presentations.
Help launch and test our new website pages and performance.
Marketing Operations & Analytics Keep internal drives, folders and assets organized and updated.
Build and maintain marketing spreadsheets and campaign tracking tools.
Help compile and present key performance indicators (KPIs) from marketing initiatives.
Assist in compiling PPC and remarketing data to optimize digital strategies.
Community & Social Engagement Monitor and engage with the brand's social media community across platforms.
Support holiday campaigns and special marketing initiatives for clients.
Assist in email marketing efforts, including pre-construction templates for agents.
Event & Vendor Coordination Assist in planning and organizing company events, networking dinners, and happy hours.
Research and coordinate photoshoot locations, studio bookings, and creative collaborations.
Communicate with vendors, gather proposals, and handle marketing-related correspondence.
Ideal Profile Ideal Candidate You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, business administration, or a related field, and 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications within Media & Entertainment, Real Estate and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
English Communicator – You have demonstrated fluency and command of the English language.
You have excellent writing skills in English in order to be able to cover our business requirements in English markets.
Passion for Marketing & Storytelling – You have a keen eye for branding, design, and content creation and a passion for marketing and communications.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – You excel at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and keeping projects on track.
Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – You're comfortable using Google Suite, CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss is a plus), and basic design tools like Adobe Suite/Canva, and team communications like Slack.
Luxury Real Estate & Miami Lifestyle Interest – Prior experience in real estate, luxury marketing, or high-end brand campaigns is a plus.
Knowledge of Miami very much a plus.
Independent & Adaptable – You thrive in a fast-moving environment, autonomous and have experience working remotely.
