Our bilingual program prepares students for international certification through structured TOEFL pathways (ITP in Grade 8 and iBT in Grade 11). Position Overview We are seeking a committed, knowledgeable, and student-centered English educator who can lead our 8th graders in developing strong linguistic, academic, and analytical skills. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language, preferably in bilingual or international school settings. Advanced English proficiency with the ability to teach, assess, and mentor students toward high levels of fluency. Familiarity with TOEFL preparation (ITP and/or iBT) or demonstrated experience helping students reach international benchmarks in English. Strong understanding of CLIL , Project-Based Learning (PBL) , and student-centered methodologies. Ability to teach literature, guide novel studies, and facilitate analytical reading discussions. Commitment to collaboration, openness to feedback, and proactive participation in a professional learning community.
