You will be responsible for creating custom software applications on the Salesforce platform that meet our specific requirements for client management and other daily operations, integrating Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring data accuracy and security, and providing technical support whenever required. What will you be doing? Hands‑on Apex development – Apex classes, triggers, workflow, approvals, validation rules, batch Apex, Lightning components. Designing and developing custom Salesforce applications. Participating in the full software development life cycle – requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment. Supporting, maintaining, and improving existing Salesforce applications for optimal functionality. Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs. Collaborating with stakeholders and developers to identify and implement system improvements. Ensuring compliance with Salesforce security and development standards. Analyzing deployment artifacts for sprint releases and translating them into deployable bundles using Salesforce toolsets and/or native tools. Collaborating with teams and supporting emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. Coordinating Salesforce release activities and end‑to‑end deployment planning with cross‑functional teams. Developing and maintaining custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. Creating technical documentation – user guides, release notes, design documents. Working collaboratively with technical teams to collect and document requirements for Salesforce solutions. Identifying and troubleshooting issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications. Staying updated with new Salesforce features and recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. 4–6 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce software development. Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Lightning framework and Sales or Service Cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies. Understanding of the Salesforce data model – standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields. You. Unlimited.
