The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance the overall user experience. *100% Remote in Colombia* Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies. Collaborate with architects and other developers to design and implement robust and efficient solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Design and implement data migration strategies between Salesforce and other systems. Customize Salesforce configurations to meet specific business requirements. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development projects. Provide documentation for code and configuration changes. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Work closely with the QA team to resolve any issues and ensure the quality of deliverables. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers. Investigate and resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner. Implement solutions to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce implementations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
