We are looking for a talented IT Systems Engineer who will join our infrastructure team. Push the pace of innovation and build a future of a healthier world with us What you will do: Manage around 300 Apple devices and Windows; Provide IT support to ~300 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently; Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions; Improve onboarding and off boarding processes by developing automations; Manage internal accesses; Internal IT services procurement and inventory; End user devices procurement and inventory. What we look for: 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 300+ devices; 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines; 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust; Understanding of network protocols; Experience programming/automation with Golang/Python; Experience with Git, Terraform is a must. Our Cloudflare configuration is stored in Terraform; Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001); Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings. The work schedule must have 6 hoursoverlap with the teamworking hours (CET -1/ +3). Beneficial skills: Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001); Experience with any EDR solution; Experience with Kubernetes.
